Here I am working on continuously improving their web based environment to facilitate over 200.000 active users.
MyRoute-app is a company working on creating the best route planner worldwide and has come pretty far in achieving this vision. As a university student I have already worked at this company for 2,5 years so I am very happy to rejoin their team! Being a motorcyclist myself, it feels great to be working on a project for which I have a great deal of passion myself.
At Leiden University I work one day a week as lecturer for computer science related courses such as Software Engineering and Systems Development.
Besides being employed I have developed several websites for my own network. This to expand my knowledge and business skills. For these projects I am a full-stack developer building a good web presence from the ground up.

Creating the best route planner worldwide!
After working with this company as university student and being employed at another company for 1.5 years, I decided to rejoin their development team!
I am thrilled to work on an application that lies close to my heart. Feels like home again.
This statement of work originates from the Joint Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Service Line (JISR SL).
This task references development (3rd level) support under supervision of the HMART service manager.
The scope of the assignment will be limited to providing development support (3rd level) to Release Server, HMART SD, HMART OM and LEP.
HMART SD (Source management and de-confliction) – a stand-alone module running on secured and ruggedized laptops within NATO lead operations. The purpose of the module is to maintain information that could potentially reveal the identity of the source.
HMART OM (Online Module) – an online reporting module for HUMINT operations and support to HUMINT mission planning.
Provide support to the HMART Service manager by implementing HMART JCCB approved requirements.
I have been working on inhouse projects while completing a traineeship in C# obtaining multiple certifications
of the MCSD track together with other relevant certifications. These include Programming in C# (MCSD 70-483),
The main project I worked on was the development of an application that sends data through radio transmission that is facilitated by GoTenna. The challenge was to enable voice communication when all traditional mobile networks are offline while each message can only contain 235 bytes. For this project two mobile applications were made: one in Swift for iOS devices and in Xamarin for Android.
The other inhouse assignment was a honeytokens project. The goal was to inform a moderator when a restricted word document is opened or fake login credentials are used. I extended this project by retrieving user location based on their IP address. Besides this, I also developed a mobile application that when opened, accurate geolocation information of the user would be shared with the moderator.
Continuously worked on improving the web experience for our 100.000 users. I was responsible for the entire web environment over the course of 2,5 years. During this period, I have programmed close to 2.000 hours in PHP and other related languages.
My thesis project for the BSc. Computer Science & Economics. I developed an interactive platform where students can engage in an interactive environment working together with each other while competing with one another for the highest score in order to solve physics experiments related to quantum.
Created scheduling software for activities with the implementation of a self made brute force algorithm to automate the planning based on availability of the users.
